  • The Training Division

    The deployment of New Technology has created many challenges for the enterprise in the process of its implementation. To this end CCL has specifically developed a suite of Training Solutions that support any of the technologies that we rollout

    The Information Technology Training Division of CCL has been in operation for the past 25 years and has been training Corporate and Governmental institutions throughout the Caribbean, as well as Software Developers, Networking Professionals and Desktop-users, who wish to gain the necessary Knowledge, Certification and Skills needed to compete and prosper

    This Division is dedicated to the pursuit of excellence and is innovative in its training solutions and delivery mechanisms.

  • On-site (Client – Site)

    With client site training, courses can be schedule on a date that is convenient to you, and because they can be scheduled at your location, you do not have to incur travel costs. The class is taught on your equipment, so students are learning in their work environment rather than a classroom setup. Training can be customized to meet your specific needs.

  • Differentiator

    Over the recent years, we have been heavily involved in the reformation of the Educational system in Trinidad and Tobago. CCL provides solutions based on core expertise in the Information Technology and Telecommunications arenas. We have utilized that expertise together with our Education Partners within the Education Sector to provide 21st Century solutions both to private and public educational institutions. Being a Solutions Integrator, CCL have been involved in providing solutions across varying platform, especially in the Microsoft, Checkpoint, Cisco Arena, and hence have developed years of industry experience.

  • After Support

    After-training support incorporates the sharing of any information pertinent to the sessions recently conducted. This is not a paid service and is usually done to make sure that knowledge is shared and relationships built. We know that we don’t possess all of the knowledge and stand to benefit from pooling knowledge with our participants, as well as participants stand to learn from our real-world experiences.

  • Follow up session (via site visit)

    Get the most from a staff training day and make sure valuable ideas aren’t forgotten by booking a follow-up session. Our key trainer will schedule a teleconference call eight month to twelve weeks after your course to give delegates the chance to:

    • discuss how they implemented what they learn ’t
    • go over points from the course
    • practice their skills by working with the trainer’s help
  • Our lecturers

    Our lecturers are handpicked from either the United States or Latin America and are certified and qualified with years of experience in their fields of expertise. They would guide you through step by step in the learning process.

  • Scheduling

    Courses are scheduled to take place between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm, part-time 5:00pm – 8:00pm; Monday to Saturday. Saturdays have been included as an additional training day option in our scheduling to facilitate the holidays that will occur during the provision of the respective courses. The above schedule is quite flexible and can be modified at your request.

  • Method of Training

    Training would be conducted via instructor-led in a traditional classroom setting with hands on labs using real equipment. It often features paired exercises and groups activities that stimulate many real world workplaces

  • Certification

    Our lecturers will attempt to strike a balance between getting the participant ready for the work environment, as well as providing assistance where necessary with regards to examination preparation for certification. Certificates of participation provided for all course outlines attended.
